Room had stains all over the bed sheets pics are attached for your review. Pillows had old blood stains in the pillow cases. Roaches in the bathroom, lights don’t work in the bathroom. We had to leave the lights on all night to prevent roaches moving about and crawling into our baggage to take back to the states. Walls were dirty, as well the mirrors. The mirror finger check failed as well. If you don’t know YouTube it. They we’re quick to change sheets and pillows cases which this time were clean. There are plenty of reviews below that have the same concerns, obviously they don’t care because the same issues are still apparent from reviews that are 6 months old. Everyone in that hotel buisness needs to be retrained on customer service, and cleanliness. Hotel Manager should sleep in this filth, so she can experience what her customers are experiencing.

We always stay sa mga Red Planet hotels whenever merong available kung saan kami pupunta. Not only are they very affordable but the quality is top class. The place is very easy to find but parking is first come, first served so just be aware of that. They also text on the day of your booking (at least on ours) so you won’t forget. Check in is the usual and must always show your ID. They only provide 1 keycard per room. Reception is very nice and accommodating. If you book via their app, you can contact them for your needs as wala namang intercom sa mga Red Planet hotels. You can also request and they’ll be very happy to help. All in all, ok ang stay namin and we always love staying sa Red Planet. Thank you! continue to improve and excel in providing quality service. More power
